This property is situated in a quiet rural location in the West Wales village Ciliau Aeron. No matter what time of year it is, guests will always receive a warm welcome at this single-storey cottage, where a cosy wood burner sits in the comfortable lounge where guests can make themselves at home on the two sofas, and relax in front of the TV/DVD. At one end, the room opens onto the sunny conservatory which is where the dining table can be found, offering a pleasant space to enjoy family meals. The kitchen, meanwhile, is equipped with everything that guests will need to make themselves at home, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The first of the property’s two bedrooms is a peaceful double room, whilst the other is a homely twin room. There is also a shower and WC, which can be found close to the bedrooms.

Outside, there is a decked seating area with garden furniture, beyond which is a lawned area which offers a good space for children to play. There is off-road parking for two cars.

This is a great location, but the interior decor of this particular unit was a little 'tired,' and some updating is required. The plinth around the shower unit base wasn't in very good order. Quite expensive for what was on offer and would have been very crowded with four guests.
