This eco holiday home forms part of a contemporary development offering stylish design in a fantastic location just steps from the popular Camber Sands beach. Offering the perfect base for those looking for a seaside escape.

Famed for its dunes and long stretch of golden sandy beach, Camber Sands is an excellent spot for swimming during the summer months and long walks along the coast in winter. A visit to the nearby medieval town of Rye boasts fantastic restaurants and pubs, while nearby Lydd is a fantastic spot for teenagers and children looking to try their hand at karting.

One bedroom with double bed is located on the ground floor, which sits next to a games room with ping pong table, and is also a handy space to store beach equipment. Upstairs on the first floor is the open-plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen area is fresh and light with a stylishly decorated interior. Here you will find everything you’ll need for your stay, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, toaster and kettle. Beyond the dining table is the lounge area, which features plenty of seating on which to relax and enjoy the  TV.  On the second floor you will find a further bedroom with twin beds, which is ideal for children as it has been stocked with toys and books. Also on this floor is the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and shaving socket and WC. Upstairs on the third floor is another spacious bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite shower room with WC and French windows.

The third floor bedroom French windows open out to a private balcony with café table and chairs. The lounge is a light and airy space thanks to the French doors which open out to a decked area where this is a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Really close to the beach and lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Comfortable beds.

A spacious and well located property situated perfectly in Camber close to the beach and amenities. The bedrooms were well separated and, with 3 bathrooms, the property provided great privacy for all guests. Highly recommended!
