The owners, Tim and Michelle are brilliant, on hand if you need them, but keeping their distance if you don't. They and the cottage are positively 'dog friendly', not just dog tolerant.

We absolutely loved our holiday. Great hosts looked after us with a lovely hamper. The hot tub is the best ever and not far from anything either. Short drive to lovely beaches. The local pub was excellent too and only a short walk. We will book again for sure

A good place for peace! Lovely rural view, a comfortable cottage with most basics catered for and very hospitable hosts. Hot tub is a bonus and it's very dog friendly - but floors are slippy for them, so come prepared. There is no local shop though, so it's a trip to Stalham for the nearest Tesco!

Cottage is set away from the road and very peaceful, over looking fields and the garden. The sign at the end of the drive, did not show the name of the cottage, but we found it anyway. Lovely spacious cottage, plenty of room for dogs not to get in the way. There is a large area to walk the dogs. The hot tub was fantastic and a great way to start the day-- In February.

Reviewed by Anna 15th February 2019

The cottage is lovely and clean and has everything needed including a great welcome pack so we could have a cup of tea on arrival. It was spotlessly clean and the hot tub was a welcome addition. Perfectly located for seal spotting at Horsey Gap beach, some cycling along weavers way and a boat trip at Wroxham. We'll be back I'm sure.
