Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Dartmoor National Park, Woodlands family theme park, the historic naval city of Plymouth, and Paignton Zoo.

Located adjacent you will also find a brilliantly useful utility room with lots of boot and coat storage alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer. Here is the perfect place to decant outdoor clothing after a day exploring, and the inclusion of a wet-room with shower and WC means that you can clean down with ease. The next room is the impressive open-plan kitchen/diner, here a relaxed dining area sits beside the perfectly appointed kitchen and this includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a dishwasher; and handily there is also a set of French doors leading to outside meaning that you can dine alfresco with ease during warm weather.
