A beautifully furnished property with the beach and all amenities on your doorstep. With everything you need so close, this is the perfect summer's getaway for families and friends.

Located just a leisurely walk from the beach, this stylish property is ideally situated for families and couples, with Bexhill-on-Sea being home to a 2-mile promenade and a beach with beach huts and colourful deck chairs all within easy reach of the property. Guests can enjoy a day at the De La Warr Pavilion soaking up the local culture with the latest events and exhibitions or take a stroll to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. For keen walkers and cyclists, there are many routes along the coast or venture into the countryside and the nearby High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For some more fantastic views along the coast, head to nearby Hastings and take a trip up the East Hill funicular, England’s steepest cliff railway, or travel back in time with a visit to Hastings Castle and the Smugglers Caves. Head west to the elegant seaside town of Eastbourne, for shopping, restaurants, theatre and Towner Art Gallery for contemporary art.

Steps lead from the road up to the front of the property, where you will enter the spacious hallway where you can store shoes and hang coats. Head through to the warm and cosy lounge, and enjoy garden views through the large bay window or relax on the comfy sofas whilst watching a film on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare those family meals including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher along with a central island for a more sociable setting and a sofa to relax together whilst cooking. There is a utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Next is the dining room with a large dining table to seat everyone for delicious family mealtimes, and doors that lead out to the garden. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor to the property's four bedrooms: a king-size four poster bed, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with a Smart TV, two doubles. The bedrooms all share the bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.

Venturing outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ - the perfect spot for family meals after a day at the beach or to relax with a morning coffee. There is garage parking for one car and additional roadside parking nearby subject to availability.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Bexhill-on-Sea is a wonderful coastal town with a picturesque beach backed by Victorian architecture. The 2 mile long promenade along the beach is a great spot for a walk or cycle. If you prefer to wander the countryside, head 18 miles in land to High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fantastic views and trails for all abilities. For those interested in culture and the arts, just 1 mile from the property is the De La Warr Pavilion, an iconic building that regularly holds concerts, exhibitions and other events. For those who want to explore the area’s history, Hastings is well worth a visit. It’s 4.5 miles along the coast and you can visit Hastings Castle and the Smugglers Caves.

We had a great stay, the house was fabulous! A good spot to use as a base for exploring the coast. Not much to do in Bexhill itself but loads in the wider area.

Belle Hill was an amazing property and indeed one of the reviews we saw before we booked said that the photos did not do the house justice. I would totally agree. The house is beautifully internally and externally designed, and high quality. In particular the kitchen and dining area are a dream and are a real wow factor when you first enter the houRead morese. This house was the best rental Ive ever stayed in. Completely beautiful (even better than the photos), spacious and clean. The hosts had provided everything we might need - even including masks! The kitchen and garden were particularly spectacular, although all the rooms great. I cant fault my stay here and will absolutely be coming back with familRead morey or friends at the first chance I get. Thanks to the hosts for such a great long weekend. Hide

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We ate out in the garden every day and chilled on the lounger and we also used the BBQ twice. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and the furnishing had been picked with taste and were obviously very new. I would highly recommend staying here.
