Amberley is 'tired' and needs rejuvenating. First impressions are very poor when confronted with blown sealed units, ripped sofas and rust on the oven. And the kitchen table is decrepit. Our enjoyment was impaired by the squeaking floorboards. And the filter on the hot tub seemed to have failed because the water became very murky after a few days. Great family home, lots of space and great to have all bedrooms en suite. Two living room areas was good for all joining in or a space to sit quietly and read. Lovely garden for our dogs to roam and we all enjoyed the games room, especially me and my 16yr old grandson playing table tennis. Boys loved the pool table too.
