Too many cobwebs and spiders and had to clean out the microwave before use. However, great location and beautiful weather, made for a good break away.

Comfortable cottage, ideally situated for local dog friendly beaches. Well equipped with bonus of washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and sky TV. Its a shame that dogs have to be on leads in the garden, but there is plenty if good walks from the property. We tried to get an amazon delivery, but they failed to find the property twice.

We thought the cottage was lovely and cosy in a very quiet location, yet still near enough to Barnstaple and Braunton for shopping etc and Saunton Sands for a fantastic beach. The cottage has modern appliances and facilities, such as two sky tvs and an Alexa and we found the beds very comfortable. There is a handy farm shop just down the road.

The cottage was very nice and in a perfect location. With Sky TV and games it was great for our break. However, the house was quite dirty and cobwebs everywhere, looked like it hadn't been stayed in for a while. The garden area is also ok although very sloped so not ideal for sitting out of an evening. Saying that, we had a lovely holiday and theseRead more were only minor thing really as the cottage was lovely. Hide
