Large property just a stones throw from the centre of Hastings, with all amenities and the beach on your door step this is the perfect family retreat.

This modern, detached property offers basic yet homely accommodation with stunning furnishings. A great base for walking to Hastings Old Town, with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants to entice you, or visit Hastings Country Park also located close by. Enjoy watching the local fishing fleet come in with the catch of the day or take a ride up the East Hill funicular railway, one of the steepest in England. The local Smugglers Caves offer a glimpse back in time to when smuggling was big business, or enjoy a stroll along the refurbished Hastings pier, winner of the 2017 Pier of the Year award. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye with its cobbled streets and pretty tearooms or take a trip to Battle Abbey to experience the most famous battle in history in 1066.

Enter through the front door into the open-plan kitchen/diner, cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Enjoy a family meal in the dining area with large table to seat everyone in front of the wood burner, perfect for those chilly nights. On the ground floor you will find three of the property’s bedrooms, three double rooms. Take the stairs to the first floor to the lounge with large sofas and armchairs, this is a great place to relax in front of the TV/DVD after a busy day exploring, here you will also find a fold up table tennis table for the competitive guests in the group. Next you will find another two double bedrooms, a family room with a double and bunk bed and completing the accommodation is two bathrooms with shower over bath and WC.

Head outside to the rustic garden with a fire pit and wooden benches for everyone to sit around and enjoy a good old campfire experience. The property has unrestricted roadside parking on a first come first serve basis.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
