Pristine townhouse in a small, gated community with direct access to a wonderful beach, perfect for children (big or small) to enjoying swimming, paddling and playing in the rock pools at low tide.

Situated in the lovely coastal village of Bembridge on the east coast, with just a short walk to its local beach, this accommodation enjoys glimpses of the nearby harbour. Bembridge has a small, attractive, thriving centre, home to a sailing club, two sailing schools as well as many restaurants and shops. There is a range of small shops selling fresh locally-sourced produce including lobster and crab direct from the harbour. Explore the nearby attraction of Bembridge Windmill, a National Trust owned property dating back to around 1700, or venture slightly further afield to the larger seaside resorts of Sandown and Ryde.

This lovely coastal property is arranged over several split levels with short staircases linking each one. On entering the property, there is an open-plan kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine, and an attractive dining area, as well as a separate WC. Stairs lead up to French doors that open onto a charming lounge area with a deep corner sofa, Smart TV/DVD and a selection of games, books and DVD's. Quirky half landings lead up to three delightful bedrooms - a large king-size master bedroom with TV/DVD; and two lovely twin bedrooms with TV/DVD. There are two, almost identical bathrooms, equipped with a shower over the bath and WC.

Built around an attractive, communal courtyard with garden furniture, this is the ideal spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. Relax with a book or play some games in the shared gardens that extend to the beach, or wander on through to watch – or take part in - some water-based activities. The garage on the ground floor provides a secure place to store bicycles or other equipment. The property is accessed via electric gates through to off-road parking and there is additional roadside parking just outside the gates.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Very comfortable town house, in a very beautiful location, and within a 5mins walk to the centre of Bembridge. Also close to the costal path and many other interesting walks.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday cottage. Ideal location. Cottage was very clean and everything we needed. Although could do with a pair of scissors in the kitchen please. We couldn't reset the keysafe but the caretaker came straight around to assist us. We will certainly book this cottage again.

Lovely 3 bedroom town house that offers all of the home comforts that you would need to enjoy the perfect family holiday. Set within a lovely gated development right on top of the beautiful Bembridge beach, ideal for families with older children and dogs. I say Older children due to the fact that this being a town house there a 6 small flights of sRead moretairs to go up and down and this may not necessarily be something that a family with a baby may prefer. Not a problem for able bodied people. Hide
