This pretty property is perfectly placed with Tolcarne beach at the end of the road. Lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable retreat and provides a great base for families and couples.

Nestling just outside the heart of Newquay, you will find some of the country's finest beaches within an easy stride of your front door. The town centre is just around the corner and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit some of the towns all year-round attractions including Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland. Alternatively, head out on the Atlantic Highway, and a short drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers and home to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Other attractions and places of interest close by include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle, Port Issac and Padstow.

Stepping into this pretty property, via the lovely porch with seating, you will immediately find yourself in the spacious hallway. Bear left and into the kitchen/diner and in this light and airy room you will discover a dining table perfectly placed in the feature bay window. The kitchen itself is well-equipped and boasts an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. From here venture further into the property where you will find the quiet and cosy lounge with a log effect electric fire, 42" TV/DVD and Netflix, and French doors to outside. Adjoining, there is also further living space on offer in the form of the conservatory, which also offers French doors to outside, and seating. The rest of the property comprises of the three bedrooms and these are all arranged on the first floor, a double, a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and a small but perfectly appointed single bedroom. Completing the offering inside the property is the beautifully presented bathroom with bath with hand-held shower, separate shower and WC.

Venturing outside and to the rear of the property there is a fabulous enclosed garden with lawn, decked patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided on the driveway to the front, and additional unrestricted roadside parking is available nearby.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Ideally located a short walk from Tolcarne beach plus the 137 steps down of course! Lovely house. Very clean and a good size. Nice garden too and off road parking. Good location for exploring north Cornwall. The Colonial restaurant on the beach does great coffee and breakfast.

Very clean would not know dogs have been staying. Bed comfortable and the house is very homely. We were very impressed with the overall standard. The bathroom was great as was the kitchen diner. The garden was lovely and well kept. The house is a great place to stay for a good holiday. Thank you for starting our holiday with a greT place to stay

This is a lovely house in a great location we were able to walk to all the beaches in newquey and were in easy driving distance of other great days out. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Lovely garden area which we sat in most evenings making use of the bbq. I would highly recommend booking this for your stay in Cornwall. We were Read morea family of 5 and couldn't of asked for more. Hide

This is the best equipped and cleanest holiday home I have ever stayed in, you couldn't want to for any more, only minutes walk from various beaches and the town and a lovely sunny aspect back garden to sit in too. Would highly recommend the Beach house.
