The cottage was beautiful in a remote location which worked well for us. It was well equipped with crockery, dishwasher etc and as part of their response to CV19 there was hand wash and sanitiser available. We love Northumberland and the cottage was a great base to explore from.

Perfect venue for peace & quiet but to reach the coastal towns was quite a drag in view of the roadworks in place at the time, but we were there in off peak.
