Situated within 5 minutes of the coast path, this fantastic property offers scenic walks into Boscastle and the Atlantic Ocean.  Follow the path along to Tintagel Castle to visit the iconic 12th century ruins, the area of the north coast is full of must-see destinations including exploring the myth and legend of King Arthur and his round table knights at Tintagel. Well situated for one of the region’s best surfing beaches, Widemouth Bay and wide sandy beaches, like Bude and Sandymouth for you to find and explore. Being based a few minutes' drive from the A39 Atlantic Highway means the whole of the West Country peninsula is a short drive from your door, so visit popular destinations of the ever mysterious Bodmin Moor down to Land’s End, England's most westerly point, offering fun filled days out for the family.

On arriving at the property, you will find a spacious lounge with wide views. There’s ample seating, an open fire, and a TV/DVD. Close by is the kitchen/diner which is equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, hi-fi, TV and amazing views to the sea. In the large entrance porch, you will find a washer/dryer. Next you will find a double bedroom with en-suite with shower and WC. There is one further double bed complete with an additional single bed and another shower and WC. Nearby is a twin bedroom and a shower room with WC. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and central heating is all included.

Outside is a large enclosed garden at the front and rear. The front of the property has a large hard standing driveway with ample space for several cars. You also have access to your own paddock which is adjacent to the property, great for exercising dogs or an area for the children to play.

Beautiful peaceful location really couldnt have asked for better. Cottage, spacious, comfortable, had everything you could need. Great for families and those with dogs. The paddock is an extra bonus great for the kids and dogs to run around in. No complaints at all and would happily stay again.

Very clean and well appointed accommodation. Excellent secure paddock for doggies adjoining the property. Car essential for getting to any shops or restaurants. On a working farm .Sea views but sea was not accessible on foot unless hiking . Fantastic base for exploring the coastal resorts .
