Enjoy scenic walks right from the doorstep, following local footpaths that meander through the beautiful countryside. Enter the property into the hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats, and head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with breathtaking views of the countryside beyond. Relax on one of the comfortable sofas, light the wood burner on a chilly evening, and curl up with a good book, or watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV after a busy day exploring. A wet room with shower and WC and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms are two family suites with a king-size bed and a single bed, that share a Jack and Jill shower room with a shower and WC. The spacious landing area offers a place for children to pull up a bean bag, get out the board games or watch the Smart TV. There is also a ladder (with a safety lock) that leads up to a secret den area where teenagers can chill out playing the Xbox 1.

Outside, there is a large, east-facing garden that acts as a real sun trap. Relax after a busy day exploring or enjoy sociable family mealtimes at the outdoor seating area with gas BBQ. There is private parking for four cars.
