Attractive cottage with period features in a tranquil location giving easy access to the stunning North Cornwall coastline.

This pretty cottage is located just a short distance from many of Cornwall’s finest beaches, offering swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, and stunning coastal walks. The popular resort town of Newquay is four miles away and offers something for everyone, with its bars, nightclubs, beach, aquarium, and zoo. A little further around the coast is the stunning Watergate Bay, with its surf academy, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant and The Watergate Bay hotel, with its spa, restaurants and indoor pool being accessible via day membership for non-resident guests.

This cottage offers comfortable accommodation with attractive period features. The lounge has exposed beams, uneven floors, exposed brickwork and a wood burner set in the stone fireplace, alongside more modern technology including TV, DVD, Sky TV, and iPod dock with radio/CD. The property’s spacious kitchen has everything guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including a range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a separate dining room. The property’s four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of these are doubles, which both have some limited head height, due to the sloping ceilings. The other two bedrooms are one twin and one single which has its own TV/DVD, and is suitable for a child. There is a well-sized bathroom with rolltop bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and WC. A shaver adaptor plug and hairdryer are also provided.

Outside, the property has a large enclosed garden, with a patio area which has seating and a BBQ. There is ample parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
