This comfortable property enjoys a peaceful elevated position with far reaching views across the valley, is close to Devil’s Bridge and a perfect base for keen bird watchers, walkers and cyclists.

Set in a tranquil location with stunning views across the valley, located on the edge of the small village of Cwmystwyth, this property is perched in the hills, overlooking the valley and boasting a peaceful, elevated position where the regular visiting Red Kites soar overhead. An ideal to explore the beautiful Ceredigion countryside. The valley has a myriad of footpaths and is perfect for a peaceful getaway or as a base for keen bird watchers, walkers or cyclists alike. Close by is the Devil's Bridge, famous for its pretty nature trail, stunning waterfalls and the Rheidol steam train that goes to Aberystwyth. Walk the pretty lakes at Teifi Pools, explore the Llywernog Silver Mines or spend a day out at the beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay which is just a short drive away.

Enter the property into a bright, country-style kitchen/diner with views out to the garden. A separate utility room entrance is provided for those who have been embracing the great outdoors with muddy boots and raincoats, and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor, where you will find the spacious family bathroom on your left with bath, separate shower and WC. Snuggle up at the end of the day in one of the bedrooms, a double or a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request), both enjoying countryside views.

Outside, enjoy a hot drink under a blanket and admire the green, peaceful countryside around you. The two-tiered lawn is perfect for exploring, with two small ponds at the bottom. There are various seating areas dotted around, ideal for a BBQ with the family or simply curling up with a good book. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
