Opposite the estate is the award-winning Camel Valley Vineyard so check the schedule for tastings and tours. A short car journey will take you to both of Cornwall’s radically contrasting coastlines. The property is well-situated for those wanting to visit the area’s top visitor attractions like the surf beaches at Polzeath, Harlyn, and Trevone and the quaint villages of Fowey, Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle. Both bedrooms on the first-floor enjoy far reaching views across the orchard garden and valley.

Outside guests can enjoy use of a private enclosed garden with BBQ and picnic bench for warmer evenings and a swing-set for the children. Ample off road parking.

Lovely cottage ran by great people. Had such a lovely time at Butterwell. The master bedroom is amazing and garden is great with stunning views. Located brilliantly to see all of Cornwall. Would 100% recommend.

The cottage is set in a lovely location with its own private garden. It was perfect for 3 couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom.
