Enjoy some peace and tranquillity in this detached bungalow in this peaceful village location, with its own enclosed garden and parking it’s a great family home from home.

The friendly village of Frithelstockstone sits between Bideford and Torrington and has an active community spirit with many activities offered in the village hall. The nearby town of Torrington boasts an arts centre, the Dartington Crystal visitor centre and the popular RHS Rosemoor gardens. The seaside town of Westward Ho! is a short drive away and offers two miles of golden sands to enjoy. Holsworthy has a weekly farmers’ market, a variety of shops and pubs, a golf course, sports centre and indoor swimming pool with sauna. Other nearby attractions include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, the family fun parks The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, and the market town of Bideford with its weekly pannier market. You can visit Lundy Island, enjoy the Tarka Trail, Burton Art Gallery, Tamar Otter Park and the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde.

Stepping into the bungalow you will find yourself in the spacious hallway which leads to the large lounge/kitchen/diner with corner sofa and stylish leather chairs, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy some TV or listen to music though the surround sound system. This room is the hub of the house, with room to relax or dine in comfort and style and ideal for a short break with ample "winter comfort" the conservatory offers a spacious formal dining area overlooking the garden. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped with everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, there is also a useful utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a sink and storage space. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower and WC. The three bedrooms all are of a good size, there is a Super king-size with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Heading outside, you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the enclosed garden, with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking is available for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We had a lovely holiday everything was so clean and safe . The garden was ideal for our little dog . Infact we might return . I would recomnend this place to everyone .

Lovely bungalow which was beautifully equipped and stylish. It was located in a quiet village from where it was easy to travel to surrounding places of interest. The owner Sue made us feel very welcome and there was a nice welcome pack of drinks etc. The garden was perfect and secure for our dogs who enjoyed their stay. The super king bed was wondeRead morerful and one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Highly recommended for a relaxing comfortable holiday. Hide

Lovely place, plenty of room for 5 adults + 2 dogs. Clean, well equipped. Great secure garden for dogs plus lovely to sit out in evening to relax after a day out. Would return.
