You really will be spoilt for choice when it comes to days out as this property is ideally situated in a central location and close to the Devon and Cornwall border. Head towards the coast and visit the sandy beaches at Bude, popular with surfers or those just keen to relax on the sand. With Roadford Lake, offering fishing, walking and sailing activities and the wild beauty of Dartmoor National Park within driving distance, and only slightly further Bodmin can be explored, walkers and outdoors enthusiasts will also be in their element. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include numerous National Trust properties, Launceston Steam Railway, the historic maritime city of Plymouth and the mystical Tintagel Castle. Both coastlines are within reasonable reach of this serene Idle.

The compact yet impeccably designed and well-equipped kitchen area offers all the essentials including an electric two ring hob, microwave and also a mini-fridge with an ice compartment. Another great feature of this property is the king-size bed which can be accessed on either side and includes useful built-in storage on either side. Completing the offering inside the property is the spacious shower room with a large shower, WC and complimentary bathrobes, which provides for a comfortable stay in this beautiful rural environment.

Located outside and directly to the front of the hut is a delightful lawn area with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and a fire pit. This area also boasts panoramic views over the lake to the fields beyond and provides a perfect place to dine alfresco in warm weather.
