The large oak door at the front of the apartments leads you to the property can be found on your right. As soon as you put the key in the door, you will be greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner decorated in light and airy tones. In the lounge area, a large corner sofa takes pride of place and there is also a wall mounted Smart TV/DVD and radio. The kitchen area has been cleverly designed with space saving in mind, here you will be well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and even mood lighting between the units. The dining area has a table with chairs allowing for dining for four. Bi-folding doors lead outside, where your own seating area can be enjoyed. At the front end of the property are the bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, both have wall mounted TV’s. The bathroom has a rainfall shower over bath, WC, underfloor heating and also has a built in Bluetooth speaker, for those wishing to relax and listen to their music whilst soaking in the tub.
Guests also have their own outside seating area accessed directly through the bi folding door off the living room. Astro turf and seating makes this area a comfortable place to sit and relax . There is allocated off-road parking for two cars available within the gravelled car parking area, one behind the other. Outside there is also a shared courtyard with feature water fountain, which you able to switch on and off as you please.
