Perfect cosy home from home. Slept like a baby ! It is so quiet and most comfortable beds! Important for us was the safe garden for our large dog. Will definitely be returning.

This cottage is brilliantly located for the beach with several other good places to visit nearby. It is cosy and well kitted-out with offroad parking and an enclosed garden. There was a good selection of videos and a comfortable lounge to relax in the evening, with lovely lanes just outside the front door for a quiet evening stroll.

Pleasant house and garden Helpful people who look after property. Steep stairs and tight entrance through front door so not suitable for people with limited mobility. Nearby town of Mundesly has good facilities and food.

The cottage is in a very quiet quiet area, very near the coastal path, ideal for walking.

A cosy cottage, extremely well furnished, and superbly located for exploring the beauty of the North Norfolk coast. Very highly recommended. It's so nice to find a corner of the country not totally taken over by the chain stores, so enjoy the independents and savour what they have to offer!

Very welcoming, milk in the fridge, coffe tea and sugar available. Thought this was a nice touch. The cottage was well equipped everything catered for. The enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs a pleasant place to sit with your morning coffee. The bathroom with its super shower was lovely. I cant fault the cottage at all. Lawrence who looks after Read morethe cottage is on call and extremely swift to sort any issues out. Our only one was water pressure that had been reduced by a water main burst. Hide
