A beautiful cottage perfect for the family. We were able to relax in front of the log burner. The location is rural with some lovely walks. If you wish to get into the car there are plenty of places to explore nearby.

Clock Makers Cottage was perfect. Family friendly, dog friendly & location was great. If it hadnt poured with rain all weekend it would have been excellent but it didnt dampen our stay. The owners who live next door were great too, really welcoming.

Lovely, cosy cottage in a peaceful location with charming hosts; James was very welcoming and helpful. Our teenagers enjoyed the zipwire and our dog was very happy in the secure garden. The local pub is a very short 10-minute walk away and the food is great.

This cottage is a delightful place to stay, within a particularly attractive and peaceful setting by a river. I can't imagine any complaints if you book this cottage. My husband and I settled straight in. Of the dozens of cottages we have used over many years we have always chosen a new area to see new things so never stayed anywhere twice but I quite fancy a winter holiday there knowing that I would never be disappointed.
