Situated close to the South West Coastal Path this contemporary getaway is the perfect base to explore this picturesque part of North Devon. A great base for families or friends and your four-legged friends!

This property sits in an enviable location making the most of the surrounding countryside and is conveniently situated close to golden sands of Woolacombe bay where there is plenty to do for all the family. The village of Woolacombe has a selection of pubs and restaurants catering for all ages and tastes. For keen surfers, the nearby beaches of Croyde and Saunton are worth a visit. Golfers are also catered for with the championship golf courses of Saunton and the Royal North Devon Golf Club both within driving distance. Wander along the Tarka Trail into the seaside town of Ilfracombe with its selection of quayside restaurants and shops.

As you enter the property the entrance hall leads you into the welcoming and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. The lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests along with a Smart TV and bi-folding doors which lead out onto the attractive garden. The dining area is a great place to sit and share meals together with seating for 6 guests. There is also a useful breakfast bar and stools to sit and enjoy a coffee and a snack. The modern well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Accessed from the hallway there is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and you will also find a walk-in wet room with shower and W.C. which is perfect to use if you have just headed back from a day at the beach. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and W.C. The double and twin bedrooms at the rear of the property enjoy countryside views and you may even spot some cows if you are lucky!

Outside the attractive level enclosed garden which wraps around the property has outdoor furniture for alfresco dining in the warmer months as well as enough space for children to play. Sit and enjoy a drink looking across the Tarka Trial to the countryside beyond. There are two allocated parking spaces which are clearly numbered.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
