This delightful Devon retreat is situated in the family seaside resort of Dawlish with a sandy beach and all amenities within easy reach, making this the perfect getaway.

Dawlish is a traditional seaside town, home to the famous black swans. Just a short drive away is Dawlish Warren with a sandy beach, built on a spit of sand with the Exe estuary on one side and the sea on the other with golden sands. It has all the attractions of a traditional holiday but in an outstanding natural environment. Keen walkers will enjoy the Exe Estuary Trail, leading to Exmouth via Cockwood with its harbourside pubs, Powderham Castle, the bustling city of Exeter and the quaint old port of Topsham. Regular trains also follow this route, said to be one of the most beautiful rail journeys, and for boat lovers, there is a ferry from nearby Starcross to Exmouth.

On entering the property, the porch is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and wipe off your paws. Following on through the property, to your right is the beautiful light and airy lounge, a delightful space for enjoying a good catch up with friends and family or relaxing amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Across the hall is the first of the three bedrooms, a delightful and spacious double bedroom and just down the hall from here is the shower room with shower and WC. Leading on through the property, you will find yourself in the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area consists of an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee filter machine, Tassimo coffee maker and a small breakfast table, with the dining area offering seating for six guests. The washing machine, tumble dryer and a small freezer and fried are located under the stairs. Heading upstairs to the first floor after a long day exploring all that Devon has to offer, you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a spacious king-size bedroom. Also, on this floor you will find the bathroom which consists of a shower over bath and WC.

Venture outside to the rear garden area via the front door or the kitchen area, this space is truly delightful, boasting palm trees and a range of different flowers. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the patio where garden furniture is provided or just enjoy a day in the garden. This property offers ample off-road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This is a beautiful, spacious, yet cozy cottage. Idea location for exploring Devon. The garden is full of local wildlife including a night owl. Peaceful tranquility to revitalize and relax.

Corfu cottage is lovely. Spacious and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely too and is good for dogs . The location is great as it's only a 10 minute walk down in to Dawlish. Not far from Teignmouth and Torquay,Paignton and Brigham. we hope to return on day

This cottage was situated across the road from a primary school that we expected to be busy and noisy, none of which applied. A lovely quiet road within easy walking distance of the town, secure and beautiful garden with ample driveway. Dog walks within quarter of a mile. Corfu cottage is lovely, very spacious and comfy, ample parking and great having a downstairs bedroom and a shower room. Very close to Dawlish and 10 minutes from Teignmouth, both have lovely doggy friendly cafes, pubs and plenty of beaches. There is also a lovely large garden with plenty of seating.

Lovely clean and well equiped property. The location is a great base for exploring the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the sea front in Dawlish and a beautiful stroll along the coastal path to Dawlish Warren.

Corfu is a lovely spacious house that was immaculate so we had a very comfortable holiday. It is very well equipped and the interesting garden was inquisitive dogproof. It is a short walk to Dawlish though it is quite steep on return. We would certainly return.

For people with dogs - very dog friendly. Spacious house with a lovely garden. We were able to walk into town, so no parking problems! Lots of things to see and do within a short car journey. Off road parking. I would definitely recommend this place.

Location is key here everything within a short walk lots of places to walk dogs and a great secure garden, Just need to be careful of steps at the back not suitable for elderly people or dogs .

The property was very comfortable and spacious, and would be ideal for large groups and families, there is a good size rear garden for those sunny days, and plenty off road parking for several vehicles, also the location means just a 10 - 15 minute walk into Dawlish and seafront.
