This stylish apartment boasts chic accommodation and an enviable location just steps from Ilfracombe harbour.

Situated in the heart of the coastal town of Ilfracombe, this property is steps away from a selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. The best way to work up an appetite is by taking to the nearby South West Coast Path, where wonderful walks can be enjoyed together with breath-taking ocean scenery. Once you’ve finished exploring this area on dry land, take to the water with a pleasure boat cruise around the coast, a family fishing trip or a visit to the marine nature reserve of the internationally known Lundy Island.

Inside, the accommodation is clean, contemporary and open plan. Prepare meals in the minimalist kitchen area, which contains an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dine at the oak table beyond, which sits in sunlight with views across the garden. The adjoining living area is spacious and bright, with TV, basic sky package, smart blue ray DVD. and Wi-Fi connection, plus enough apps to keep the whole family entertained. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one double with walk-in wardrobe and one with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have been decorated with a colourful feature wall and fitted with a further TV. There is also a shower room with large cubicle and WC.

Enjoy morning coffees and evening drinks al fresco as you take to the balcony to make the most of the far-reaching views over the gardens and town beyond.

A very modern holiday home. Very bright. A big open plan kitchen diner/ living room. We were amazed at how well the kitchen was equipped everything you need home from home. Close to all amenities. We would be happy to return to this property.

Very clean, beautiful location, near beach, shops, restaurants, cafes. Very dog friendly house and area. All the little extras left for us including dog bones and towels for drying after beach visits! Highly recommend

Very well equipped. The frontage of the property was a bit scruffy, but the interior was absolutely fine. Sitting on the veranda looking over the garden was a real pleasure.
