Really enjoyable stay. We had everything we needed in the cottage which is in a fabulous location. Although we were fine we knew that Suzie was on hand if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

A delightful and quiet location, ideal for exploring Dumfries and Galloway, and especially easy access to the coastline. We particularly enjoyed the tour of the owners' farm across the road - highly recommended! The walk up Criffel is almost obligatory if you're staying at Criffel View as well.

A lovely location at the edge of New Abbey village within walking distance of Shop & Abbey ruins, and walks including Waterloo monument. The property was advertised to accommodate 6 people and we felt it was a little small for 6 adults, especially sharing just one bathroom/toilet combined. We also thought that the lounge was lacking an armchair in Read moreorder to seat 6 people. The dining table for 6 was a tight squeeze in the kitchen also. However, we enjoyed our stay as it was clean and modern. Hide

Lovely well equipped cottage. Comfortable beds and cottage very clean. Some mould on bathroon ceiling but this did not affect our stay/enjoy ment. Problems with WiFi when we arrived due to damaged cable - owners very apologetic. We bought new cable which owners paid for and they also left us a very thoughtful gift.

Lovely cottage in historic village of new abbey. Lots of activities to entertain the kids nearby despite some things being closed due to the pandemic. We enjoyed the nearby beaches, mabie forest and farm park and the castles. Cottage itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Misleading description on the website about fishing. It said river - it is not. It is a small burn. Owner was apologetic and promised description would be changed. Too late for us though.

The cottage as lovely decorated through out and very clean, there was plenty of space for us and our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped with almost everything you'd find at home. Even though the property was on a main road, we hardly noticed the traffic outside Hide
