A lovely bungalow in a quiet village with on foot access to Hastings Country Park and the Saxon Shore footpath. The bungalow is a second home rather than a holiday rental which meant it had loads of kitchen equipment, lovely furniture and art. We had a brilliant time. The kids loved the pool and the summer house. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was great just takes a little while to heat up. We used the bbq lots and the patio area was perfect. There is plenty of living space as well and a well equipped kitchen. We will be going back to stay. You do need a car to get around. The cottage itself was lovely, very clean and with plenty of amenities. The outside area was spacious and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only slight downside was the location, not many shops or restaurants close by so there was definitely a need to have a car to get around.
