This refurbished farm cottage has been well converted and tastefully furnished to offer a comfortable retreat on a working farm.  

The property lies on the edge of the historic market town of Ledbury, where you will find an excellent choice of amenities offering good local food and warm Herefordshire hospitality within walking distance. Known for its unique black and white timber frame cottages, Ledbury is a fascinating place to visit. Lying on the border of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, this ideal location showcases the region's finest countryside and a wealth of historic towns and villages, including the Malvern Hills, or Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester. For the best of both worlds, there is a train station just a five-minute walk away to take a stress-free train ride on the direct Worcester and Hereford line to London.

Walking in through the enclosed front porch you come to a large open plan lounge/dining room with a kitchen area where you can relax on the comfortable armchairs with a book or watch a good film on TV. If you decide to stay in to dine for the evening, there is a well-equipped kitchen including electric oven with hob, dishwasher,microwave, fridge and chunky dining table with chairs for three. On the same floor, next to the dining area you will find a twin bedroom and spacious en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. This cottage maybe suitable for some guests with limited mobility as each room is situated on the ground floor with easy access throughout.

Heading outside, through the entrance porch, you will find an enclosed private courtyard garden with furniture to sit out on a warm evening and enjoy a glass of wine or perhaps dine out and have a BBQ.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Location was reasonable, but the whole appearance of the farm from the pot holed drive to the run down buildings was not appealing
