The owners Margaret and John were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and tidy but certain parts need upgrading. The views of the area were great and contributed to a relaxing holiday.A concern might be that the 0.3 mile lane to the cottage is in dire need of repair and is a potential for serious damage to a family car.On the whole a gooRead mored place to stay. Fantastic hosts and location. Cottage a little dated but we'll equiped. If out of season or a cold evening the heating was quite poor. The walks from the farm are stunning as is the view from the patio which was a lovely suntrap. Made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay at Dartridge Farm Cottage was great, it is so peaceful. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. It was nice to sit outside looking at the view and chatting to John and Margaret, who were a lovely couple.

Lovely post lockdown break. Clean and well presented, simple cottage in a beautiful setting (down a long bumpy track so glad we had a robust car!!) . A bit dated but well equipped and comfortable. The cottage was exactly as we'd hoped. Very clean, cosy and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and welcomed us warmly (from outside) when we arrived even though we were very late because of the terrible traffic jams and she was standing out in the rain. There is no heating upstairs but small heaters had been supplied which kept it nice and warmRead more. The beds were very comfortable and the electric shower was absolutely fine.
