Tastefully decorated cottage with attention to detail throughout, the perfect base for couples and families to explore the countryside with stunning scenery and the wonderful coast a short drive away.

This cosy semi-detached cottage is in a key location for guests to have easy access to an array of attractions. The cottage is only a short drive away from the market town of Llandysul which has a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The coastline is surprisingly close, just a short drive to the nearest beach at Tresaith, a great starting point for other fishing villages up and down the coast such as New Quay, Aberporth and Aberaeron, to name but a few. A little closer to home is Cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing, a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll with added wonderful scenery.

Entering this lovely cottage is a delight as you enter through the front door into the stylish kitchen/diner. This room is well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, this area provides all the space and culinary equipment to enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table. Leading off the kitchen/diner is the cosy lounge which has been tastefully decorated with comfy sofas and the added touch of a warming wood burner, perfect for those chilly evenings. Just off the lounge you will find a handy boot room with a further door leading to the front patio area. The stairs lead from the lounge and up to the spacious first floor landing area, with a comfy armchair to relax and read a good book. Immediately to your right you will find the first of the double bedrooms, as you continue to walk along the landing you will find the spacious master double bedroom. To complete the property, is the spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Step outside to the front patio which has a low levelled wall, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning. To the side of the property you will also find a decking area with garden furniture, perfect for dining alfresco. There is off-road parking for two cars with two steps down to the property.
