A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon, you will be less than three miles from the A30 which leads to a wealth of attractions. Explore the north and south coast beaches, the Eden Project, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Or you could visit Plymouth, home of the historic Hoe and Barbican, or Tintagel, steeped in Arthurian myth. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a ten-minute drive away and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Within a couple of miles are various sites for coarse and river fishing.

On entering this beautiful detached barn conversion, you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The charming lounge is ideal for relaxing, with TV/DVD and iPod dock. Moving over to the elegant and charming kitchen, you will find everything you might need during your stay including electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The attractive dining area is ideally situated and perfect whether you’re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a snack. Exploring the property further, you will find a bathroom downstairs, complete with shower over the bath and WC. Heading upstairs you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and a double which has a balcony with delightful countryside views, and steps leading down to the enclosed garden.

Stepping outside you can unwind in the patio and private lawn area with garden furniture and gas BBQ.  There is also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the trampoline.
