Perfectly located in Mid Wales near Presteigne, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts with walks and outdoor activities.

Just a short drive to Titley where you will find a local pub and restaurant where you can relax and dine for the evening. Further on is the town of Presteigne, just over 2 miles away, where you will find local shops and amenities. Great for keen walkers and cyclists, just a short walk from the property you'll find Offa's Dyke path. The Warden Castle Ruins and Judge's Lodging are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Shropshire Hills and Hergest Ridge. The Spaceguard Centre and Hergest Croft Gardens are also worth visiting. Perfect for a family holiday amidst the Mid Wales countryside, enjoy this beautiful setting with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities nearby. This is the perfect spot to enjoy both an active or relaxing escape.

Entering through the door, there is a utility room with a washing machine, straight into a light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with countryside views through the patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy your meal sat around the dining table and plan your next day's activities. After dinner, relax in the cosy lounge area and watch your favourite shows on the TV or curled up with a good book. Leading off the lounge you will find the spacious double bedroom and twin bedroom. To complete the property is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC and the second bathroom has shower over bath with WC.

Heading outside, you have access to a courtyard area with garden furniture, and a lawned area further to this. Spend the day enjoying the countryside and relax for the evening in the hot tub and make use of the wet room shower. This bungalow is set within the owners' grounds where your privacy is assured. On approach to the property, horses can be seen via the owners private stables and they can also been seen in the surrounding fields when weather permits. There is private off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A fantastic cottage with very warm helpful and welcoming hosts . The cottage is very comfortable with the modern equipment which made us feel at home . It is conveniently located to some beauty spots where you could do local trips . You could also not go anywhere and spend a relaxing day in the cottage .

We have stayed in many cottages over the years, this is one of the best for facilities, location/isolation and access to horses that are stabled very close by. The owners were very approachable and friendly. The hot tub a real bonus and didnt disappoint. The cottage overlooks a spectacular garden with plenty of colour and spacious lawns.
