Three-storey property affording panoramic sea views from the living accommodation, roof garden and balcony, located just a ten-minute walk from Brixham town centre.

Situated in the harbour town of Brixham, this property is just a few minutes’ walk from the town’s Breakwater Beach and only a little further from Shoalstone Beach with its saltwater lido. The town’s harbour is bustling with boats from fishing craft to pleasure boats and a ferry which takes passengers across the bay to the resort town of Torquay, with its sandy beach, upmarket boutiques and well-regarded bistros. The third town situated on the bay is Paignton, from where it is possible to jump aboard the trains of the Dartmouth Steam Railway which runs through the area’s picturesque river valley.

On arrival at the property, guests take the stairs from the front door which lead to the first-floor living area: an open-plan space featuring a lounge area and raised kitchen/diner. Windows run the width of the lounge, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning sea views from the comfort of the sofa. There is a TV/DVD here for guests to enjoy, as well as patio doors which lead out onto the balcony. A set of five stairs leads to the galleried kitchen/diner with its oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is also a convenient WC on this floor. The kitchen/diner which overlooks the lounge area is accessed via a short flight of five steps, and is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Stairs lead to the second floor, where there are three comfortable bedrooms. The first of these is a double room which benefits from sea views, whilst there is also a twin room, and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom, also on the second floor, has a shower-over-bath, and WC. A further set of stairs leads to the roof garden on the top floor.

Outside, the property has a fantastic roof terrace with garden furniture, offering fabulous panoramic views across the bay. In addition to this, there is also a first-floor balcony which is located off the lounge, also enjoying fabulous sea views. There is private parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We all had a wonderful holiday (except weather) and would highly recommend the accommodation. Except for those who have difficultly climbing stairs.

Lovely views this doesnt show up on photos, would definitely come back again, liked the fact that furniture ect was older this meant with a 4 year old and a dog we could relax and not worry too much!

Huge property with views to die for , short but steep walk to the harbour so if you have difficulty managing hills by foot there are several car parks nearer the harbour . We saw seals all around Brixham amazing place will book again for next year

Superb accommodation, a short walk from the town centre but if you are not very able, I am afraid the walk back is quite hilly.
