This property benefits from a stunning beach side location, with easy access down to the beach. Quiet Thurlestone village has a golf course, two beaches, a handy shop, and a popular pub/restaurant. The town of Dartmouth is 17 miles away, with its shops, water sports opportunities and a range of eateries. Nearby beaches included the popular Blackpool Sands and Salcombe. Plymouth is within a 45 minute drive, with the waterfront Barbican complex being a great place to spend an afternoon. This property enjoys a tranquil location, a short walk from the sea.

The lounge area, with its comfortable seating, TV, and DVD has doors which open out onto the patio area with sea views. Just next door to the lounge, the kitchen/diner has a table seating four and is equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate utility room, whilst there is also a convenient ground-floor cloakroom with WC. The property’s two bedrooms are on the first-floor, the first of which is a pleasant double and the other a twin. The bathroom has a bath and shower with WC.

The large enclosed garden has a long lawned area, alongside which runs the driveway with ample off-road parking. There is also a patio area with picnic-bench style seating just outside the lounge which offers guests a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the views across to the sea.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The house is in a perfect position, with superb views. A short walk, a bit hilly,to the village pub, which is really friendly,delicious food. Opposite the pub is the village shop, well stocked. I have been renting out this property for a number of years and have already booked for next year. The attraction is the location. It has an amazing sea view and is only a very short walk across the golf course to the beach, and the coast path. It is also ideal for dogs with a large enclosed garden. This would be a perfect property to stay if some Read moremoney was spent on re-decoration and modernisation. It is looking tired. Hide
