This property benefits from a stunning beach side location, with easy access down to the beach. Quiet Thurlestone village has a golf course, two beaches, a handy shop, and a popular pub/restaurant. The town of Dartmouth is 17 miles away, with its shops, water sports opportunities and a range of eateries. Nearby beaches included the popular Blackpool Sands and Salcombe. Plymouth is within a 45 minute drive, with the waterfront Barbican complex being a great place to spend an afternoon. This property enjoys a tranquil location, a short walk from the sea.

The lounge area, with its comfortable seating, TV, and DVD has doors which open out onto the patio area with sea views. Just next door to the lounge, the kitchen/diner has a table seating four and is equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate utility room, whilst there is also a convenient ground-floor cloakroom with WC. The property’s two bedrooms are on the first-floor, the first of which is a pleasant double and the other a twin. The bathroom has a shower with a washbasin and a separate WC.

The large enclosed garden has a long lawned area, alongside which runs the driveway with ample off-road parking. There is also a patio area with picnic-bench style seating just outside the lounge which offers guests a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the views across to the sea.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. It was great to walk our dog to the beach. The local facilities are excellent. Reasonable walk to the village shop where we got everything we needed. The local inn offered excellent fare and was also dog friendly. This place is 100% location. Amazing views and so many walks and beaches nearby. The house itself is very basic and could do with a bit of updating.

This is a wonderful location and really comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Am reluctant to write too much about it as we definitely want to return next year and don't want to advertise such a great secret location to the entire world! We had a wonderful holiday here. Would definitely recommend.

This property is very homely and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to do some cooking. The views from front of house were amazing. We would stay there again if in Thurlestone. Great house and garden for dogs.
