The bustling village of Colwall sits at the foot of the Malvern Hills, well served with a local village store, cafes, pubs, hotel and train station. For walkers you can leave the car and walk from your front door, with well waymarked circular walks for all abilities, along with access onto the Malvern hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with natural springs and long-distance views. Great Malvern is a vibrant town with antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival and many other events held at the Three Counties show ground throughout the year. The Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The Herefordshire market town of Ledbury with a bustling high street of independent shops and boutiques, Eastnor Castle, Croome Court, Elgar Birthplace Museum and many National Trust gardens, all are within easy reach.

The cottage is set within the peaceful backwaters of Colwall, well secluded within a gated cottage garden. You can leave your walking boots behind in the front porch before you step inside to the lounge a place where you can relax after a day exploring, there is a multi-fuel burner that’s perfect for chilly evenings enjoying a movie with friends. The kitchen area is spacious and well-equipped with an electric range and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining area is set to the side where you can enjoy supper and take advantage of the multi-fuel burner. There is also a WC on the ground floor. So, when the day is done climb the cottage stairs where you will find three bedrooms. A double bedroom with garden views, a double bedroom and a single room that perfect for children. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Outside a pretty south-facing cottage garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy dining. There is off road parking for one car and roadside parking subject to availability.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
