The lodge we stayed in was beautiful, the quality of the furnishings i felt were high spec and bathrooms were spacious and attention to detail were covered in every area. Loved the hot tub which gave you privacy whilst using it from other guest lodges. Highly recommend this lodge park.

Great week away in a beautiful lodge. We stayed in Fir Lodge - the lodges are well equipped, spacious and have everything you need for a week away. Hot tub was fantastic and great that the decking sides were a decent height as our dog could wander about on the decking without us having to worry. Brill location to get to various places - the moors, Read moremeldon quarry and reservoir, lydford gorge, okehampton castle, bude only 45 mins away etc. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future. We had a fantastic 2 week stay at Meldon lodge Park. We were very well looked after by our hosts the entire time who were always on hand if we needed anything. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of walks nearby and a short drive to the town for supplies. A wonderful trip which we would highly recommend!

Stayed over Christmas ( fully within covid rules) and the owners had put up a lovely christmas tree and left us a box of the most exquisite locally made chocolates. The lodge was roomy, immaculate, well equipped ( we cooked a full christmas dinner ) and comfortable. We stayed in Fir lodge, the closest to the road but seemed to be little traffic. Property and hot tub is very clean and spacious. I feel it is worth pointing out that the property is placed next to a busy road which of course comes with noise. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking. It is lovely to have the front seating area and then additionally the decking on the side with the hot tub and also steps down to a Grass area with picRead morenic table. It does however have a drain in this area which can on occasion have a sewer smell. On the edge of Dartmoor and lovely views. Hide

The property was perfect a lot bigger than expected, weve stayed in lodges before and the living space has never been as spacious as this one, we had our own piece of garden to sit out in and the hot tub was perfectly situated it was very private and secluded from everyone else on the park and looked out over the moors.
