Apartment close to Newquay’s Fistral Beach, walking distance to all the amenities of Newquay town centre and excellently located for exploring the Cornish coast.

This contemporary apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from Fistral Beach, famed for its wide expanse of sand and fantastic surfing conditions. Overlooking the beach, you will find an array of restaurants including the famous Rick Stein’s, serving his modern take on fish and chips. You can also hire surfboards from the beachfront complex. A few minutes’ walk around the bay is the imposing Headland Hotel, with its selection of restaurants and spa. The hotel was also the location for the film adaptation of Roald Dahl’s The Witches. Newquay town centre is also within walking distance and boasts a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. Newquay and its surroundings really do offer something for everyone.

This ground floor apartment is decorated in bright and airy seaside style and offers a comfortable base from which to explore the Cornish coast. The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen is the perfect place to relax with its TV/DVD and games console, as well as Wi-Fi, and has a door which opens out onto the enclosed patio. The kitchen area has everything you will need, should you ever tire of fish and chips, including; electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, with en-suite shower room with WC, and the other with twin beds, both have TV/DVD. There is an additional bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside the property there is an enclosed, partly-covered patio area which is the perfect place to find a spot of shade and is complete with garden furniture. The apartment also benefits from a private surf store, as well as communal outdoor shower, which is perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. There is off-road parking available for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This was by far the best accommodation we have had so I highly recommend it. Such a pleasant fresh and roomy apartment fab location cant fault it and these things really help enjoyment of a holiday.

A lovely apartment. Everything thing you need is available. Location is just perfect for Fistral Beach and the town. The small, enclosed patio area is perfect if you have a dog. Our 2nd stay at No. 58 and will definitely be returning.
