Foothills is a warm, cosy cottage in a great location. There was plenty of room for four of us to relax and not feel on top of each other. The beds are very comfy, and the towels amazingly thick and fluffy.

Great location for walking, climbing and the beaches. The cottage was well equipped the and log burner was a nice to have. The local pub did nice food and were welcoming. We had a problem when there but the owners sorted quickly and couldn't have been nicer.

The advertising for cottage does not mention first set of steps leading up to cottage or the step down to bedrooms, or the stairs leading up to kitchen etc. Also no mention as to people walking past patio doors at the back by sitting room because of the way the gardens to other cottages were situated, therefore no privacy.
