One of five barn conversions nestled in a delightful country setting, offering a peaceful and relaxing destination. With woodland walks and a private fishing lake this complex has plenty of offer.

Enjoy some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery with National Trust cliff-top walks on the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall, sheltered coves, fishing villages and long sandy surfing beaches. You will be ideally placed for visiting some popular attractions with something for most tastes, including rugged Dartmoor, Launceston Steam Railway, Bude Canal, The Eden Project and much more. Shop for local produce in the market towns of Holsworthy and Launceston, try sailing on the nearby Roadford Reservoir, or try your hand at golf or horse riding. In the evenings, enjoy a meal at one of the local traditional village inns.

Set all on one level, this attractive barn conversion offers a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave and hi-fi – there is use of a freezer upon request. From the kitchen, you can head through the door way into the spacious lounge/diner which offers somewhere to eat at mealtimes, and seating around the TV and DVD. There is one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside of the property, there are lots of facilities and activities for you to enjoy. Farm activities include a pet corner offering a varying range of animals throughout the year including chickens, goats, pigs and ponies. Children will also love playing in the outdoor play area and adults will certainly get a lot of use from the games barn complete with pool, table football, darts and an air hockey table. There are also pretty woodland walks, a private lake for mixed coarse fishing (additional charge), and large shared gardens. Each property in the complex also has garden furniture outside in a shared courtyard. There is ample parking.

A great base for exploring the Cornwall and Devon, with good suggestions by hosts for local pubs, areas and places to visit. We loved sharing food scraps with animals in the mornings!

Well appointed cottage. Comfortable and easy to relax in. Would visit again

The cottage is comfortable and equipment and utensils have been carefully chosen by the owners who made us feel at home in the restful accommodation. They are on site running the farm and their fresh eggs were an unexpected delight for us. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We look forward to returning.
