Shop for local produce in the market towns of Holsworthy and Launceston, try sailing on the nearby Roadford Reservoir, or try your hand at golf or horse riding. In the evenings, enjoy a meal at one of the local traditional village inns.
Set all on one level, this attractive barn conversion offers a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave and hi-fi – there is use of a freezer upon request. From the kitchen, you can head through the door way into the spacious lounge/diner which offers somewhere to eat at mealtimes, and seating around the TV and DVD. There is one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside of the property, there are lots of facilities and activities for you to enjoy. Farm activities include a pet corner offering a varying range of animals throughout the year including chickens, goats, pigs and ponies. Children will also love playing in the outdoor play area and adults will certainly get a lot of use from the games barn complete with pool, table football, darts and an air hockey table. There are also pretty woodland walks, a private lake for mixed coarse fishing (additional charge), and large shared gardens. Each property in the complex also has garden furniture outside in a shared courtyard. There is ample parking.
