This stylish single storey property enjoys a great location within walking distance of the picturesque high street of Bourton on the Water. Simply perfect whatever the occasion and time of year.

The picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water with its vibrant community attracts visitors throughout the year. Enjoying a more central location within the Cotswolds offering easy access to a host of attractions. Why not visit Adam Henson at The Cotswold Farm Park, or take in one of the many National Trust properties and gardens to include Snowshill Manor, Hidcote Gardens, Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. The surrounding countryside provides beautiful walking and riding along a network of waymarked footpaths and bridleways. Or simply stay in Bourton and visit Birdland, The Motor Museum or The Model Village, or perhaps take a picnic by the river Windrush and wander the picturesque High Street and finish with a cream tea.

Step inside the spacious entrance hall and leave your heavy boots, the entrance hall gives access throughout this stylish single storey property. The lounge is situated to the front enjoying views onto the landscaped front gardens, finished with a contemporary style with a large L shaped comfy sofa to sit back and enjoy the warmth from the wood burner with your favourite programme on the surrounding the TV. The kitchen/diner is situated to the rear of the property with access into the landscaped garden and hot tub, perfect for the best of chefs and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table for four to the side of the room. So when the day is done you will find two bedrooms, a king-size to the front of the property and a twin to the rear overlooking the enclosed gardens. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Step outside to the enclosed gardens, there is a well secluded private hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day exploring, there is also a table and chairs with charcoal BBQ. There is off-parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Excellent bungalow in a great location - close enough to walk into Bourton but far enough away to not be bothered by all the visitors! And the hot tub was great!

This place is lovely, we enjoyed every minute, bungalow is top class and beautifully looked after , log burner all set up for us tea coffee milk bickis all their on arrival, hot tub well maintained, a pleasure to sit in even though we were experiencing storm Dennis . The cottage is very convenient to the village but it needs some decoration. The parking outside the cottage is a bonus.

As a retired couple with two small dogs we found garden spa to be really conveniently based to explore Bourton on the Water and surrounding areas. There were plenty of dog friendly establishments in Bourton and the garden was very secure

Lovely well equipped bungalow with an enclosed rear garden containing the hot tub. Just a five minute stroll into the centre of the village. The Italian and Chinese resteraunts at the end of the road both serve excellent food to either eat in or take away. A lovely quiet location.

Property has an excellent location on a quiet road but very close to the village centre. There are fields at the back of the property where you can exercise your dog and enjoy walking. The perfect change of scenery for a few days away. The cottage is larger than it looks online, is furnished very well, and was spotless on arrival. There was an issue with the hot tub, but this was attended to quickly.
