Great location for all areas of sidmouth. Was underwhelmed with courtyard, as it was not in good enough state to want to sit in. Bathroom needed some bleach and kitchen was quite sparse. The cottage was ideally situated for shops and seafront. The parking space over the road was a bonus as parking very difficult in immediate area. Although right next door to a pub there wasn't any problems with noise at all. As we are elderly the stairs was a bit of a problem for my Husband as they are very steep. It was a very enjoyable stay. Lovely walks nearby. Weather was not brilliant but this never dampens our holiday. Would recommend a little trip to Haldon Forest, a half hour drive away. Lovely shops/pubs in Sidmouth

The property is in a nice location, easy access to the beach and the town, there is also a play area quite close by. The cottage itself needs a little updating, tired in places. Its located next to a pub, rather than close by as stated on the booking confirmation, but wasn't overly noisy. Its handy having the parking bay opposite as Sidmouth gets vRead moreery busy so its nice to worry about where you are going to park. Hide
