A lovely and cosy apartment, ideally situated for exploring the wild open moorlands of Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon coast with the family and a four-legged pal.

Located in the beautiful town of Ivybridge, there is something for everyone being set just a short distance away from the national park which offers scenic walks, horse riding, and cycling routes for those looking to keep active. For something more relaxing, the village of Bigbury-on-Sea is 7 miles south of the property and has a stunning sandy beach, with access to Burgh Island at low tide. Other nearby attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth (13 miles), Exeter (33 miles), famed for its stunning cathedral and shopping, Woodlands Adventure Park (15 miles), Paignton Zoo (17.5 miles), Dartmouth Steam Railway (20 miles), Torre Abbey (21 miles), and numerous National Trust properties.

Step inside this wonderful apartment from a flight of stairs to find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Entering this light and airy space, you find yourself standing in the kitchen firstly, a well-equipped area comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, and microwave. The dining area offers seating for all guests and is the perfect spot for a home-cooked meal with the family. The living room has comfortable seating in front of a smart TV - a great way to unwind with your favourite shows after a day of exploring South Devon. Go one better and open the patio doors to the balcony area to extend the space. The two bedrooms can be found off this open-plan area: the first, which faces the front of the property and includes a Smart TV, is a twin which can be made up as a super-king-size on request; the second being a king-size room facing the rear, also with a smart TV. In between these bedrooms is the bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and WC.

The outside area of the apartment is lovely and has a spacious balcony area, complete with seating to make the most of those sunny days with a drink, listening to the nearby river. There is a nearby car park for parking your car where charges are applicable.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
