Also nearby, are the Blue Pool (4 miles), the RSPB Nature Reserve at Arne (7 miles) and the historic deserted village of Tyneham (7 miles). Heading to the coast there are many beautiful beaches, quaint coves and delightful villages to discover, including Lulworth Cove (13 miles).
On entering this beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated holiday home, you will find yourself in the large entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots and also the home to a piano. The bright and spacious lounge has two seating areas, one by the cosy wood burner which is set in a beamed fireplace, the other by the TV/DVD which is by a feature fireplace. The lounge also retains original exposed beams and a floor which is partially wood and partly flagstone. Off the lounge, the rear porch offers further storage for coats and muddy boots. Exploring further you will find the attractive orangery/dining room, which is a wonderful space for enjoying a family meal together, with a vaulted ceiling, oak floor, panoramic country views and French doors to the patio. The light and stylish kitchen is equipped with an electric range oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a useful breakfast table. There's a twin bedroom on the ground floor, which can be made up as a 6' double room on prior request. The bedroom also benefits from French doors which lead onto its own patio and a ground floor shower room with shower, WC and underfloor heating. The main staircase leads upstairs to three bedrooms. The first room is a double room with a feature Victorian fireplace and a 5’ double bed. This room also has an en-suite bathroom accessed via two steps, and which features a free-standing bath, separate shower and WC.
