Beautiful cottage. Very well equipped with all mod cons. Lovely touch with all the tea, coffee (2 different machines) biscuits and wine. Spotlessly clean. Great location for North Norfolk and a superb pub in the village.

An enjoyable week in this warm and comfortable house although it is in need of some TLC and refurbishment in certain areas so didn't feel it deserved 5* rating. The road outside is not the quiet country lane we expected but a fairly busy cut through and traffic started early. Also the bed in the main bedroom is quite firm which may not suit everyonRead moree, and the TV reception is sporadic and often has to be streamed via the Smart TV. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably would not return. Hide

Grey Seal Barn is a lovely and warmly place to stay for a get away holiday with family/friends. The open plan downstairs keeps everyone involved. Extremely clean and well appointed facilities with high spec bedrooms and a large enclosed garden which made it very secure for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage was wonderful! Perfect for a week away with a small dog. Garden was safe for both the dog and the children. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped, a large table to sit at to eat, bedrooms comfortable and a large living area for us to spend time together, we didn't want to come home! Thank you for a lovely stay!
