This boutique styled bungalow with parking and gardens is close to many of Cornwall's finest restaurants and the food lovers’ paradise of Padstow. Within walking distance to pub, shop and restaurant.

Within walking distance of the village of St Merryn and close to the popular harbour town of Padstow. The town has long been regarded as Cornwall's capital of ‘food’, with celebrity chef Rick Stein's restaurant being within the picture post card town. This historic harbour boasts a wealth of galleries along its winding streets as well as some of Cornwall's finest cafes, tea rooms and restaurants. A short drive away are some of the finest beaches and secluded coves along this coast that are aptly referred to as the ‘seven bays for seven days’.

Upon arrival, park in the dedicated parking space provided and enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is a light and airy space, beautifully styled with bespoke furnishings and TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax after a busy day's adventures before taking in your favourite movie. The kitchen area is well-equipped and for the avid chef amongst you, much culinary inspiration can be gathered from the foodies’ paradise, that is Padstow nearby, comprising of electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, desk top freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Just off from the lounge area is the bathroom styled with quality fixtures and fittings comprising of a shower over bath and WC. Leading off from the lounge/kitchen/diner are the two bedrooms one double and one twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a king-size on request).

Heading outside, there are some fantastic shared facilities on site including, bar, shop, restaurant, tennis courts, a football pitch, a beauty salon and an enclosed dog walking area. There is off-road parking for one car and a private garden with furniture.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Very quiet location, perfect location going to any attractions area. I will be recommended every one when I can.We had a really great time.

Great accommodation, clean and comfortable. A good base for exploring although not in walking distance to a beach and a bit more than an easy bike ride (for a family for example). The holiday park seemed OK but didn't use the bar etc. only the kids play area & shop which were good to have close by. All in I'd happily stay there again.
