If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is perfect to prepare a meal for family and friends. Gather round the long table for a bite to eat and plan your holiday activities. Head through to the conservatory lounge to relax in after a full day out with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wood burner and doors out to the hot tub. Heading further into the property you will find three lovely bedrooms to choose from, one super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC, one double and one bunk room. Take a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with shower and WC, drying off with soft towels to a refreshing start to the day.

The property is surrounded by slate gravel from the local quarry with paved patio area, table, chairs, charcoal BBQ and hot tub with views over the garden and the mountain range beyond. There is plenty of space to store your bikes, canoes or paddle boards in the garden. Private parking for three cars at the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Cottage very well equipped and comfortable. Hot tub a great bonus. Easy walk to the shops where you could buy almost anything you need in terms of provisions etc. Butcher's produce (ie cakes, meat, pies, bread) particularly good. Sadly the village is a little run down, but no litter, everyone friendly, and the amenity of a train service up and downRead more the coast is very convenient. This suited us perfectly. A quiet location, just the sound of the steam engine every now & then. We have a blind dog & the garden was perfect for her. We loved getting in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly after a day out walking! The pub & Indian restaurant meant I only had to cook one day!!!!

Beautifully decorated property, very clean & easy to keep clean whilst staying. Lovely touches of bread, butter & milk on arrival which is really helpful. The hot tub is fantastic way to chill out at the end of a day. Also just being able to take the dogs away with us as well as the children is perfect, as the garden is enclosed & not overlooked. The cottage itself was very nice and clean inside but on arriving at the property, the exterior is very uninviting and there was only enough room for one vehicle. There had been rubbish left at the front of the property and previous occupants had failed to clean up after their dog. The outside garden furniture was very dirty and we had to clean it Read moreon arrival. I think it is important for the cottage to be looked round and checked immediately before new occupants are due to arrive. Hide

We arrived to find a loaf of bread, some Welsh butter, some milk and some Welsh cakes. The house was well equipped for a family of 6 and was lovely and clean and comfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable week.

Cottage was clean and have all you need from a cottage to have a nice holiday. Also decent parking space for 3 cars. Its located in a residential street, but once in the back garden feel as if remote place with lovely mountain views. 10 mins walk to Fairbourne beach. 30 mins drive to Barmouth. 1hr and 30 mins drive to Snowdon rail station.
