Devon has much to offer any visitor, thanks to its Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

This reverse level accommodation is light and spacious and offers contemporary and comfortable living. Entry to the property is via a private entrance to the upper level which has a large open plan, lounge kitchen diner with vaulted ceiling and revealed beams, oak flooring, contemporary column radiators and stylish kitchen with granite worktops and splash backs. Fitted with quality appliances, oven with electric induction hob, built in microwave and dishwasher. The lounge area has a log burner, comfortable seating and views out to the garden and beyond. Additional relaxation and enjoyment available in the summer room with elegant, comfortable furniture and pool table. The lower level offers two bedrooms – 1 Super King-size double with large en-suite shower and bath with WC and 1 twin room, also with en-suite shower room and WC. This level also has a separate WC and utility cupboards housing a washing machine.

Outside, the property enjoys a generously sized garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Ample off-road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

What a beautiful, perfectly situated, peaceful, well equipped barn conversion. We had such a fabulous holiday made all the more perfect by the wonderful welcome we received from Peter (and Monty of course!) who genuinely cared that we had everything we needed and gave us some great advice on places to . The barn conversion is really high quality. Very comfortable super king-size bed (slept better than at home!). Well equipped kitchen with good quality utensils (which is rare in a holiday home. Right on the edge of Dartmoor , with all that has to offer, an only 40 minutes from some beautiful and dog-friendly beaches. This is a tasteful barn conversion. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Hosts were super and their dog Monty adorable. The games room was a terrific source of fun for our 10 year old.

The accommodation was well equipped with all amenities and was very spacious with good sized bedrooms and modern en-suites. It was a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend staying here. The owners are attached and have a wealth of knowledge and recommendations about the area.

The location for accessing Dartmoor is very good with good local amenities within a short drive. A comfortable property which had all of the items required for a happy holiday.. The front door lock is at the bottom of the frame so may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

A very comfortable well equipped cottage with modern appliances that were of good quality. Excellent bathrooms with fittings which all worked well. Very spacious too so a family of four would have plenty of room to live in. Outside was a treat with plenty of grass for dogs and delightful views towards the coast.
