A clean comfortable and warm house to stay in with lovley views across from Appledore to Instow. A good enclosed lawned garden area ideal for letting our dogs out. 10 mins walk from centre of Appledore. Would certainly be happy to book this house again if we revisited Appledore.

With lovely views over the estuary and across to Instow, the location is perfect. Comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout, and ideal home from home setting. Great access to surrounding pasture fields allows you to stretch the legs of your four-legged companion, whilst being ideally located to explore North Devon and beyond.
