Lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for two people. Location was perfect for exploring the gorgeous ruggedness of North Cornwall. We didn't have to travel far to fill our week away. We walked to the local-Coombe Barton Inn once where the food was lovely however took the car after that as it is a fair walk especially coming back up the big Read morehill! Also the cornish pasties and crab sandwich (bit pricey but worth it) were really good at The Haven Cafe. The Cabin Cafe hosted a BBQ - Superb! Hide

Very tidy property. Ideal for couples with or without pet. Need of transport as no shop close and only pub is around 1 mile in Crackington Haven. (Up hill on way back) plans are for a local shop.

Perfectly peaceful cottage for a couple to spend a few days in a beautiful part of the country. Owner was very friendly. She let us know on arrival that we could call on her if we needed anything (which we didn't) and then left us to enjoy our time there.

Our holiday was amazing, very well equipped cottage, clean and comfortable, was nice meeting the owner too, made you feel very welcome, the change off towels and bedding after the 1st week was good too. Like the idea of the laundry room with use of washing machines and tumble dryer. We felt very at home and comfortable staying there.

the cottage was lovely, but the location was not. It was more than a mile away from the cove of crackington haven, at the top of a massive hill!! The pub was also too far to walk to and we think this should have been mentioned when we booked.

The descriptions in the folder at the cottage are inaccurate and outdated: for example, there is no longer a Post Office and store "50 yards away": the nearest is over three miles. We asked the owner about local dog walks: her vague answer directed us to said folder for ~"all details." There were none.
