Fantastic property, superbly well equipped, very cosy, comfortable and welcoming. Lovely welcome pack was very much appreciated... would strongly recommend. Marked down location for lack of parking, though we were able to park within 2-3 minute walk most days. Otherwise location is fantastic so close to the centre of this fantastic village.

Cottage is situated in a great area for exploring North Devon. The only downside is the parking, but we managed to find parking about three minute walk which was free. Or you can park just at the bottom of the road for 8.00 per night. There were plenty of place's to eat out and more than enough take aways We would definitely recommend to family andRead more friends. Hide

Our cottage was a beauty. It was like home from home. Had everything we needed and more and really enjoyed the welcome pack. Location was great. Short drive to beaches but had very good local restuarants and ice cream. The only down side was the parking which was a short walk away. However that said it would not put us off booking again.

Cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and we had an enjoyable stay. Kitchen very well equipped, lounge very comfortable and bathroom and toilet all high spec. No double glazing at the front of the cottage does mean its a little noisy with traffic early in the morning and the second bedrooms floor does appear to be level and so that bed is Read morenot comfortable to sleep in. Location excellent as the cottage is 2 mins walk to the pubs, restaurants and shops. Overall a great place to stay. Hide

Very nice cottage in centre of Braunton. The beach at Braunton and Saunton Sands was great for our dogs especially at low tide.

A beautiful, stylish, comfortable cottage thoughtfully and sympathetically done up with all mod cons but retaining the cottage feel. It is conveniently situated in a bustling village location with excellent pubs and eateries within a stone's throw. An ideal location for exploring the North Devon coastline, whether on foot, by bus or car. We loved iRead moret and so did our dog! Would 100% recommend this cottage and would definitely go back. A quaint little cottage with character. It has a cosy feel and we enjoyed our time here. Good location, local shops and pubs very close, great that we could take the dog and near dog friendly beaches. On road parking was a five minute walk away from the cottage but this was not a problem for us.

Right in the centre of Braunton and in walking distance to all facilities. Extremely well equipped. No parking outside the property but we found street parking 100 yards away every day. The cottage sized rooms could only accommodate a 4ft 6in double bed.
