An attractive cottage which has been lovingly updated by the owners to create a stylish holiday home for five guests, located in the historic Norfolk village of Syderstone.

Located in the village of Syderstone, which is surrounded by scenic countryside. The coast can be reached within ten miles both to the east and west, with numerous beaches within easy reach including those at Hunstanton and Holkham. Hunstanton is a bustling family-friendly resort with a range of entertainment including a Sea Life sanctuary, crazy golf course, a leisure centre, and beach front gardens. Holkham Bay, meanwhile, is a beautiful wide stretch of sandy beach which is backed by pine trees and sand dunes and makes up part of the expansive estate belonging to Holkham Hall.

The front door of this property opens directly into the lounge, an attractive room with a cosy feel which has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, allowing guests to enjoy the TV/DVD. To the rear of the room, a door leads through to the kitchen/diner, an attractive room which has been finished in a country style and offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. A second doorway from the lounge leads through to a double bedroom which has been beautifully finished with an excellent range of co-ordinating furnishings, whilst there is also a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, the first of which is a delightful double room, the other being a restful single with low-level cottage-style windows. The bathroom on this floor has been finished in a chic contemporary style and offers a sumptuous roll-top bath, a separate shower cubicle, and WC. This traditional cottage comes with its own unique charm and characteristics which do include a lower doorway downstairs and areas with restricted headspace upstairs.

Outside, the property benefits from a pretty enclosed garden with a shingled seating area for which garden furniture is provided, making it a pleasant spot to sit out and unwind over alfresco drinks. There is on-street parking available across the road from the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely cottage in a good location. Pleasant garden. Nice village but no pub or shop. If you are over 5ft 8 inches tall be aware of low doorways downstairs and restricted headroom upstairs.

The cottage was lovely and in a picturesque setting. It was very well maintained and clean. For those that rely on mobile devices, there is no EE or O2 signal, and the WiFi could do with being improved If possible.

A cosy comfortable cottage. Good location for touring North Norfolk, but very rural with a distance to a shop or eatery.

Really Lovely cottage in great location particularly for dog walking as lots on your doorstep. Also it genuinely is an enclosed garden so felt really safe for dogs. Felt relaxed here and brilliant area for exploring. Would love to go back

Heathsyde was a beautifully clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage, a little secluded but absolutely fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.
